Wow, I bet you do have haters if you made that kind of money on your first night. I worked at this club about three years ago and had similar problems. I made good money as a newbie and some other dancers tried to start a rumor to management that I was doing extras. Fortunately the club is so tiny that the manager knows everything that's going on, and knew they were lying. Unpleasant, though. I don't know what else would or could have happened, because I moved on after a couple of weeks. I've been thinking about stopping back in to see the place, though. I wonder if anything's changed besides the name.
do you have any clubs to recommend?maybe we could meet up i live in sa but go to austin at times and i dont know anyone

I worked at this club in Austin several years back. It was only worth about $700-$1000 for a 6 night week for me, and I left there for Houston where the clientele was more affluent and my earnings increased. Being a woman of color every other club kept telling me no, and I found it was easier to get hired in Houston than Austin. The Crazy Lady was my last resort and I lasted 3 weeks.
There are some "rough around the edges" girls there, but nothing you can't handle. I wouldn't let any girls run me out of a club. Just stand your ground with them. $400 is a great night for there. I don't think you will make that every night though. Just weigh out how you do, and maybe work at getting hired at 2 other clubs there so you can continue to work at the clubs that net you the most after pay outs.
Nothing has changed about that place, its the pitts. BeautyQueen, you made that money your first night, partially because you're probably better looking than any girl in there, and partially newbie money. I wouldn't recommend staying there though. Why don't you check out Expose if you want a smaller club? Its a decent place if you are into getting regulars.

What was the question again? I got hung up on young newbie Latina...

well im not new ive worked at other clubs but was new to austin they said that a newbie usually makes like 20 bucks and i wanted to go to other clubs but this guy knows all the staff there and recommended it to me
Well, based on your posts, you've been dancing for less than a month. That's what I meant by newbie. No offense, of course.
It had to be different dancing in Austin vs. San Antonio, didn't it? There's a dancer that drives up from SA that I've known for about a year. The other day we were talking about the thing that caused her to make the move to dance in Austin...something about getting fined for accepting a tip in her g-string on stage from a customer...customer was fined as well. Poor San Antonio...
...of course, stupid me, I just realized that I'm typing this while sitting in a hotel room in San Antonio. If I'm suitably bored later today I might hit a club for lunch. I wonder if The Sweet Spot will be open at regular hours today...

I wouldn't stay long in a club like that. The girls will make it miserable and that kinda money likely won't last - largely new girl money as Kat says. I'd probably stay another week or two to scoop up some more of that cash but I'd also look for a place with less bs factor.
you see what that bs factor when i got there the girls were saying that its a cool club to work at everyone stays out of everyones bussiness no one talks shit no drama etc.... bs
