My second issue of the day and then I am off to do some homework before going into work, making two million dollars and retiring tomorrow morning. Hahaha.![]()
Seriously, we are in hurricane season (we just had some lame ass tropical storm this week) and to the girls who live in hurricane prone areas I ask, do you make more money working just before or just after the storm?
This week when the hurricane 3 day forecast went smack through my backyard, I thought it would be a major pain at home, but it would win-win at work...
Option A: Hurricane![]()
Work cancelled, men go out and blow money on strippers. Hurricane hits, power goes out for a couple of days, men get bored, men go to strip club to blow more cash.
Option B: Lame ass tropical storm
Work cancelled, local men go out and blow money. No major storm, airport stays open, tourists come down, tourists blow money on strippers.
But what happened was Option C:
Wasted precious hour of my life that I will never get back waiting on line for gas, made normal money at work before storm, had lame ass storm, the club has been practically EMPTY since said storm.![]()
Yours truly has managed to squeeze money out of the few customers, but I'd like to have a better game plan for riding out the worst months of the year.
Step one: gas tank staying at full til November.
Step two: figure out how to maximize earningsin between putting up and taking down hurricane shutters.
Step three: make money hand over fist during high season.

in between putting up and taking down hurricane shutters.
