I've been working for like a month and a half now. 4 nights of the week.
I still get sore muscles and tired before and after my shifts. STILL.
At the beginning of thenight my muscles are cold and I can barely even squat down. It takes me a couple of hours to warm up.
Any of you ladies have the same problem? I don't if I'm out of shape cuz I wake up tired.![]()
