So I'm having some promo pics done next Saturday. What can I do to prepare? I've already been working out like crazy and eating healthy. But now with just a week to go, what are some extra measures I can take? I know I eat too much salt, how much should I have? BTW I'm 5'2/106 And yes all drinking should be out. (except water I mean) What about fruits and veggies? I read in a fitness magazine, this one girl won't eat any fruit right before a show, what's that about? And veggies are they bloating at all? Water pills? Protein shakes? Any help is greatly appreciated!Thanks!!
