    Default Problem area in weight loss

    I'm losing weight in general, but I've been noticing that I'm losing it unevenly. I'm getting rid of the flabby tummy, but my waist isn't getting any narrower, and it's starting to worry me. Does doing more exercise to muscles in a particular area help you to lose weight in that area? Like I want to lose some in the lovehandles area, should I do more side crunches or something? It would seem to me that adding muscle in that area would make the fat stick out farther rather than less.

    Keep doing the cardio. That's what burns fat. Unfortunately you can't pick where you burn it from first. but it will go! In the meantime do some strength training. If your a gym member see if there are hip abductor machines. They help tone up that area, plus....muscle=burning more calories=faster fat loss.

    If your losing the flab your probably toning which is making your stomache tighter, doesnt mean you need to lose inches off the waist line. Not everyone has to be a size zero.
