I'm losing weight in general, but I've been noticing that I'm losing it unevenly. I'm getting rid of the flabby tummy, but my waist isn't getting any narrower, and it's starting to worry me. Does doing more exercise to muscles in a particular area help you to lose weight in that area? Like I want to lose some in the lovehandles area, should I do more side crunches or something? It would seem to me that adding muscle in that area would make the fat stick out farther rather than less.
