Default smiling belly button and a "pouch"

Ok, a lot of people tell me that I have a sexy stomach, I'm not chubby at all or anything, but I have this like little "pouch", I'm sure you know what I"m talking about. People tell me that's genetic and I cannot get rid of it even if I diet, work out, lift weights, whatever. Can I get rid of it, I mean I'm not chubby like I said, but will my little "pouch" ever go away??? Any of you ever had that problem? Oh and one more thing...How about when I bend over my belly button "smiles", like you know, it turns into like a line, but I"m not fat at all!!! I don't get it! I know chubby girls get that because of the extra weight, but I dont' have extra weight, but it still does that. I want it to go away!!!!

I had that even when I was too skinny. I think it'll always be there

It could be just loose skin rather than fat. Probably if your fit and diet/exercise doesn't work to get rid of it, your options are either a) learn to love it or b) get surgery.

You are probably just being too hard on yourself. I bet other people don't even notice.

Had a guy (non-customer) tell me the other day he loved my lil pooch. He even kissed it. Ive had no kids but have lost and gained and lost wieght over the years. If customers ever ask just tell them your happy to see them because your button is winking at them.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can get rid of the pouch unless you get lipo or a tummy tuck. I weigh around 140 and I have one too, but I still had one when I weighed 120-125. It was just smaller then. I've been eating healthy lately and doing cardio along with stomach crunches, but nothing seems to get rid of it.

guys love soft little curves, they're feminine. The only man who ever complimented me on having a completely flat stomach was gay. Both he and the flat stomach are things of the past.

That kinda sucks cuz I don't really like my "soft" stomach, I want it to be tight and sexy, like Pink ya know? Haha oh that's lame maybe, but I do, I guess I will just work on my stomach and make it as good as it'll get and then be happy with it....grrrrr. Nobody has ever said anything about my stomach having a "pouch" or anything, but it's just me I guess...

Some of us actually prefer the pouch. Ahem.

It's inherently maternal and sexual at the same time. Might even call it a fetish.

LoL I have only had maybe two guys since i've started dancing tell me that I need to tone and lose weight.. mind you i've had a lot of girls tell me I need to lol. Yea im soft and yea im curvy but im CONSTANTLY told by guys how sexy it is and how it makes me look feminine... a lot of guys say girls with tight bodies look like boys. Yet honestly I would prefer to have a tight body because I think it looks so delish lol plus it shows the girl works out and takes care of herself. So yea I know how you feel. I work out like crazy, watch my diet and I cant get a tight tummy

And CO I LOVE your pouch

i have one too. even when i'm super thin it's still a mini-pooch.

i look at this way... girls either have the pooch or the pear-shape.

you're fat's gotta go to your pooch or your ass/thighs. i think i prefer the pooch option for now.

my plastic surgeon ex-bf told me i was nuts for wanting pooch-reduction and that no surgeon would give me one, because he says i'm delusional. you girls know what i'm talking about though. the pooch is REAL. a little friend...

    boo hoo. pooch.

Pouch here too, although I've lost 15lbs and it's gotten much smaller from diet and exersise I still have it and I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. Even when I was rail thin all those years ago I always had a little pouch. Also, I was reading in Octobers Glamour, about "body flaws you hate but he loves" when it came to tummies, this one particular guy said that rounded lines on a woman just look more inviting than hard straight ones like the Gisele wannabes with flat out/concave stomaches.

^ Homeless families? No thanks; my rolls smell bad enough as it is.

Now strippers in transition, that's another story altogether. Ahem.
