I'm somewhat confused about what vitamins I should be taking and how many of them. For a general health-support program, what do I need? Also, what are the risks involved of taking too many of the wrong kind, or exceeding a daily reccommended dosage, etc?
Right now I take a 600 mg Calcium + Minerals pill, a Super B-Complex + C pill, 525 mg of a Milk Thistle supplement, and I'm also taking 2 Ultra Nourishair + 2 Biotin a day.
What am I missing? Am I getting too much or too little of anything? Most of the vitamins seem to include most of the other vitamins I'd think I need, but I really have no idea what I'm doing and that sort of worries me.
Any help/suggestions?
