Has anyone tried this for some lean muscle growth?
I just went on this site for another question and noticed yours. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks. I only take 1 scoop (recommended 2) due to the amount of calories and and fat grams. I take it an hour after I work out for muscle regeneration, I like it so far. I can see a little difference. You have to count those cals and fat into your diet though, Hope I helped.
