Default A Stripper's definition of "work"

Maybe I'm just getting old and cynical, but more and more I think of my being nice to people (any people, anywhere) with cash payment for my service. If you ain't paying me, then I have to be a bitch to you. Otherwise I'm giving away my niceness I could be charging for.

Nice-girl for hire. No cash, no smile.

    I need a vacation.

So do you pay yourself to be nice to yourself?

Darn the luck. My policy is if a dancer is a bitch to me then I'm only going to pay her what I owe her. 99% of the time thankfully that's nothing.

Nice customer in the market for some lap dances. Low maintenence. No smile, no sale.

    Yes, you need a vacation

Honestly I try to find somethings about work that I enjoy everyday. See I figure if I have to be there 8-12hrs a day, I'd rather not burn up 1/3rd to 1/2 my life being unhappy. You really don't burn the customers when you're feeling like this, they'll just move on and find someone else in a better mood. So the only real loser if you're feeling unhappy constantly is you.

Everyone needs to take a break regularly and enjoy the benefits of their labor. So where you going on vacation?

I think you've got the right attitude to make a lot of money. But don't let the cynicism show. I'm curious - you're a newbie here but how long have you been dancing?

I think a smile gets more sales, but there's no need to expend too much "niceness" on nonpayers. There is a point where too much in either direction is self-defeating.

I figure if I can't be in a good mood at work,I should'nt be there. Men can sense a bad mood and won't want you around.Either way you should never be unpleasant to anyone ,if they are not getting dances smile and move on,at least then there are chances of you getting that guy another time

As I said before, we have a dancer friend whom we met through her day job. No idea she danced until a few months ago. I'm always amazed at her friendly, polite, do way more than she needs to do attitude at work. Her position is union so the only way she could be fired is through outright illegal activity. The person who held the job before her was a complete butthead so having her there is a treat to say the least.
