Default piercings, tattoos, pain tolerance, etc

I'm new to stripperweb, and I'm glad to find a forum of non-bitchy, jealous women I can bounce ideas off of First, I am going to start off by saying that I am a poosay. I don't like pain, though I seem to handle it pretty well compared to most other girls. I currently have two holes in each ear, and am thinking about more piercings... though I don't know if it'd work for me.

Nothing on the face - something easily covered up because I plan to have a 'straight' job later on.

The bellybutton is pretty standard, so I don't really see a point in getting it. Plus my boyfriend's ex got one recently, and I don't want to be pegged as unoriginal

I was thinking clit hood, but given that it's such a sensitive area, I'm afraid it's going to hurt. Any girls with clit piercings with info on this?

I'm also considering getting a tattoo on my back... small, tasteful. I'm Asian, so I bank off that at the club, but I think a lot of my appeal is that I look like an innocent Japanese schoolgirl. I was thinking either two lines of Chinese poetry, or a classical phoenix representing the feminine principle... it'd further reinforce my "asianess," but I don't know if it'd help.

    Thoughts?

What asian are you? Personally, I think a lot of asian texts are.... well... it's just that most tattooists write asian texts like grade-school scribble. It's kind of like getting english text that's in had handwriting scribbled on permanently.

If you're going to get inked, get inked with something that means something special to you- otherwise, you'll regret getting it done. Don't get things done just to get it done.

My kanji tattoo gets conversations started for me a lot. And these lead to dances! If its done well, and in a groovy spot... go for it! Oh and yes, mine has meaning to me

Loving the Tat Paige, very nice

As for the clit, a lot of ladies on here have them. I have a Vertical Clit Hood, this didnt hurt much at all, esp not compared to my nipple, which hurt like a Hell!! Its a short sharp pain, n all over, nice glittery jewellry down there, I went shopping straight after and was healed in a few weeks. They say 4-6 weeks max, but very little healing time cos of the area. All in all has been very good, enjoyable to have and no problems at all.

So yeah even if you are a whimp meimei you will be fine!!

kitten: I'm Chinese, and I'm actually fluent in reading and writing the language. I do get a kick out of bad kanji tattoos; it's a kind of guilty pleasure I've heard my share of horror stories - I know one guy who thinks he has "love and peace" tattooed on his arm, but it actually says "tofu." I am kind of worried about finding a tattoo artist who can write Chinese properly (because I strugged with that myself for a long time) but I think if I can get someone to write it out for me first and then have the artist use that as a template, I'll be alright.

Hilarious...I had a friend who insisted that she had "Love and Compassion" on her back. It didn't look right to me (I'm not an expert, but I've seen it other places and they weren't the same) and had one of my native chinese friends look at it. I was right about it not being right as it was, "Fool and Money". When he told her that, she just laughed and said, "No, the tattoo artist said it means Love and Compassion." Okie dokie...

I would second that whatever you get done should be something that means something to you. I had my tongue pierced a long time ago...and it hurt like a bitch. Not during the piercing but after the numbness went away. I was sucking ice and popping tylenol for 2 weeks later. So, don't get your tongue pierced.

sounds like you just want something to have something. if you dont really want something dont do it. if you do want it then nothing will stop you not even pain.

I've been wanting a tattoo for a while, so I was more concerned with how it'd affect my money and image as a dancer rather than pain. As for the clit hood piercing, I've seen other girls with it (as well as a few girls with nipple rings) and like how they were pretty subtle. Also I heard it made sex better... and god bless him, my poor boyfriend can't get me off no matter how hard he tries, so I figured I might give him a little help I don't know about the veracity of those claims though.

    Yeah,
i gotta say - genital piercings don't always do anything for sex.
I've had my clit hood and two inner labia piercings for over 10 years, and they don't do much of anything except get in the way! lol!

I have my belly button and nose pierced, and neither one hurt much at all. It just felt like a little pinch. I have no tattoos, but I heard tattoos hurt worse than piercings. I was considering getting a tattoo, but I change my mind way too damn much and I'd probably get sick of it within a couple of months. LOL

I have my tongue, both nipples, navel and clit pierced (vertically through the hood), and I have a small tattoo on my lower back. I have to say that the tattoo hurt the most. If you are worried about the pain, there are creams you can get (emla) over the counter that will numb the area. My clit ring doesn't do anything except lead my husband in the right direction, but my nipple piercings... oh my god! They have made me extremely sensitive (I lost most of the sensitivity after breast feeding my 3 kids). But I agree with i.breathe.in, don't get anything unless YOU really want it.

LOL. My dad is fluent in Mandarin and is very good with quite a bit of Cantonese and Nihongo and is amused by ba kanji tattoos as well.

I don't have any tattoos yet (but I am really thinking of getting something) but I have quite a few piercings.

I have the Horizontal Clit hood. It hurt less than my ears! I went out clubbing that night, and it was fine in a couple of weeks, I had sex again at about that point too. They told me to leave it 3 months before I changed the jewellery - which was the hardest part of all!
It hasn't made anything more or less sensitive, however, it does make it easy for my boyfriend to hit the spot!

Everybody is diffrent. My belly and tongue didnt hurt but my rook and industrail(pure cartilage) hurt like a bitch. If you want to get something thats unoriginal oh well get it anyway. I personally think anybody toned looks better with a naval ring. As for tattoo go with your personality. It isnt that bad if you take a valium before hand. My back tat felt like a pin pushing hard(but not puncturing) the skin. Don't get anything just to increase sales. Piercing or tattoo there will always be a mark even if you take the jewelry out or get laser surgery.

I knew a girl who insisted what she wanted in kanji were her boyfriend's initials... and even the ink slinger knew it wasnt. But she was paying and insistant! So for the rest of her life, she had Green Apples tattooed on her back. Japanese businessmen would snigger all the time at her, and she never unerstood why.

And as for my tiger? It's my ex's totem symbol. I got it done when he was fighting overseas.
