I'm sorry, I know there is a post about this somewhere, I just had a hard time searching for it. Just a quick question...for easy bruising and sore joints what vitamins should I take to help this??? I think I recall hearing to take Magnesium, but what do you take to minimize bruising and joint pain. I know nothing will make it go away completely, but I can only dance a couple times a week max because i have to give my knees time to heal in between work night before I can fuck them up again lol. Just need something that will help.
