    Default Comfort Snack food

When I get super in need of a sugar induced happy state I pour myself a bowl of milk. Then I crumble double stuffed oreos in it and let them soak till the whole thing looks like a bowl of mud.

    So yummy!!!!

    What do you make??

(doesn't need to be a sugary snack, just want to know what comforts everyone else...)

take a bowl with some nuts/seeds and sprinkle with salt..then pour honey in
I eat with a spoon because it is sticky but tastes alot like that peanut candy bar

to make a bit fresher use raw nuts from trader joes, celtic sea salt and good honey

Goat cheese and sesame melba snacks. I'll eat the whole pot of cheese in one sitting- yummy!

Hummus and cucumber slices and olives and feta cheese crumbles is pretty awesome, too.

Fruit. Or if I really feel like dressing it up, I'll slice a bunch of fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, or peaches work best) into a bowl, pour in some skim milk, and eat it like cereal. Deeeee-lish.

Before I had to change my eating, fresh italian bread with butter.

Really good sharp romano cheese. When you buy it in chunks at the store to grate at home, it is usually Locatelli (if it's romano, not parmesan).

Muscle Milk...whipped up with n/f milk and maybe some type of cereal but mostly the just the muscle milk any flavor with chocolate, or peanut butter or vanilla. The fake fruit flavors are not as good....
