After reading this post on ex-millenialgirl, I got to thinking about legends. Stripper legends.
What legends have you heard?

It sounds like some people believe in Santa Clause. lol
I don't know about legends, but I have been given an obscene amount of money before just because I happened upon the right person at the right time. But things like that have only happened 2x in 5 years.

Sometimes you can just happen to be at the right place at the right time and talk to the right person. The most I ever got from a customer at once was $200That was my first ever dance I did... I hope I get luckier

^ How long have you been dancing?

2 months nowlol
Oh, ok. Yeah, you haven't met your whale yet. You will run into guys who will give you much much more. And when it happens you will feel on top of the world.

the most I got was last Friday. 900 from one guy. It was so awesome!

though I suppose we're digressing.
How about the one about the stripper that married the 96 year old billionaire? Who died a year later and left her all his money. Maybe y'all have heard of her- Anna Nichole-Smith?
Lili St. Cyr was a legendary stripper who made tons of cash and actually made a name for herself in mainstream pop culture.
Or were you thinking more like the urban myth type of legends?
I once knew a dancer who was given her own bar to run. That's right, she was given a tavern by one of her regular customers. He maintained the deed to the property, but she was allowed to oporate the business and keep all profits from the business. He also "bought" her a house to live in.
She lost it all when she got pregnant. She was not sleeping with her customer, but told him she had some kind of physical problem that made sex very painful and impossible for her to enjoy. He felt badly for her and bought all those things for her. She lost it all because she got knocked up by a guy she had been seeing for a while.
When the customer found all this out he took back the bar and the house, esentially leaving her jobless and homeless. He was pissed because he was manipulated so throughly and some other dude was "tappin that ass" that he was supporting.
She tried dancing again for a short while (in her first two trimesters). She was drinking and smoking the whole time I saw her at work. A real class act, that one!
Promote yourself and earn more money! This is a business that is owned by strippers for strippers. Let's make that money!
When I first started dancing an older man used to come in all the time and buy VIp rooms with me several times a week. We would sit back there for hours and drink, and talk, and have fun, I never actually danced for him. He told me he wanted a lady friend to travel with and give him companyand in return he would take care of me and give me whatever I wanted. I told him I would do it, but I would not sleep with him, and if we traveled I wanted a seperate hotel room. He said that was fine, and he only wanted company. I made it very clear that I would never sleep with him.
He bought me a house ( that I never got to move into) a new Jeep cherokee, and when we went shopping he would give me his credit card and let me get whatever I wanted with no limit. He also gave me a lot of cash, whenever he felt like it. we went on cruises, and vacations, and i never slept with him.
Eventually, he started trying to get me into bed, and I kept reminding him that we had a deal, I told him I would never do that.
Anyway, eventually, he got tired of trying to sleep with me and getting nowhere and he took everything off me. I never moved into the house because it didnt close until
after shit hit the fan. He ended up giving it to another dancer later on. Along with my jeep.
Then I decided I wanted to move to Vegas and I knew that he would pay for me to move, and I was a little upset that he didnt keep up with his end of the deal since i made it very clear in the begining that I wouldnt sleep with him. I was always honest with him, and I never tried to screw him over or play him for money. But this time I was upset that he took everythign off me for not sleeping wiht him when I made it soo clear.
So I went to him and told him I wanted to move to Vegas, and I needed 10 grand. I told him that if he gave me 5 grand up front, when I got to Vegas he could come visit me and I would sleep with him if he gave me the other 5 grand. So he gave me the 5 grand, and I moved to Vegas. When I got here, I called him and he came out to visit for a few days. He stayed in a hotel, I went out wih thim every day, and I told him since i was takign time off work I needed 3 grand to pay my bills, which he gave me. We went shopping and saw a ton of shows. and every night I sent him back to his hotel room tellling him good things come to thoes who wait. Eventually, his visit here was over, and he went home. I didnt get the other 5 grand, but i did get 3 grand. and he never even saw me naked. I never saw him again.
I would never try to screw someone over for money, but at the time, I thought he deserved it for going back on our deal. Now I realize I was naive to think a man would spend that much money on a girl without wanting more. It was fun while it lasted.

I've been dancing for six months and I am still waiting for my whale. LOL!
Are you "in" or "in the way"?

Most i've recieved was $300 for a 2 or so minutes of attention whilst on stage. Granted these were Aussie dollars.....do they count?![]()
Fools laugh at others. Wisdom laughs at itself...Osho

^ Ha, my biggest tip in Aus. Land was $300 as well. Shortly followed by $280.

Aussie dollars are worth more than U.S., right?

Less. Much less. About 70 cents for every US dollar.
