I don't know if it's because I'm working more these days, or working later hours, or maybe something else is going on, but I'm tired ALL THE TIME. Like, if I lay down at any point, I would fall asleep immediately. I've even fallen asleep sitting on the couch in the middle of the day. I've been diagnosed with depression in the past, and usual tiredness is a signal for me that I need to take steps to avoid an episode, but this time around, other than the tiredness, I feel upbeat and totally normal. It's almost enough to make me go to the doctor, but I hate to go with such a vague complaint. Anybody have any suggestions? Maybe I need crack...
