i think because of stress and pms, and being sick, today i have EATEN! a lot... and last night too. so now i feel very unhealthy and bad and i have to work tommorrow night .
i am interested in doing a juice fast for a few days to cleanse my system and lose a little bit of weight and hopefully tone up (w/exercise of course.)
i searched for info on here about juice fasting and couldnt find much, so im sorry if i'm posting something thats already here and i couldnt find.
just wondering who has done this? and how is the best way to start? if i don't have time or access to a juicer what is the next best thing?
any help would be great
