Dry grip...gel

It really helps.
"Before I conceived you, I wanted you. Before you were born, I loved you. Before you were here an hour, I would die for you. This is the miracle of life." -- Maureen Hawkins
"I just can't get over how much babies cry. I really had no idea what I was getting into. To tell you the truth, I thought it would be more like getting a cat." -- Anne Lamott
I went to sports authority and just got a block of gymnists chalk for like a buck or two. I broke some off, stuck it in a baggie and... SUPER grip whenever I need it(doesn't show up under the blacklights, either).
If you think school is hard, try being stupid.
I"m a dancer in New Zealand, clean the pole before you start (if possible before the show) with Metholated spirits or straight vodka, also it helps to put some on your hands before you start!
I use dry hands to practice at home but it leaves a bit of white residue on my hands so I never used it at the club. Does it show up under black lights?
This is just a thought might not apply but are you nervous when you are upside down? You might want to try thinking good confidant thoughts before doing the trick and remaing calm I only this becuse i sweat more when i am nervous. It might help someone.![]()
Definitely! I remember when I started out I would sweat buckets (even lying in bed, just *thinking* about moves!). But now I am more confident with those moves, I only sweat when I am trying something new!Originally Posted by krchab99
