Good 'ol fashioned diet and exercise always does the trick.
Skip the booze, bread and sugar ....and step up the cardio. Easier said than done !

Veggies, fruits, and meats/tofu only works for me. I lose really fast on that and feel awesome and more energetic.![]()
Hit the gym (cardio for weight/fat loss, weights for tone) and cut out the carbs as much as possible. The more and harder you work out the less strict you have to be with the diet. That's how I try to motivate myself when I don't feel like hitting the gym.





Good carbs, lotsa veggies, breakfast every morning, no eating late night, lotsa water and working out every day.

More cardio ( try to find something fun- you'll be less likely to give up) add some weight training for deffinition, and do both often( 3-6 days a week) not so many if you only need a little tone up.
As for diet, add green tea, fish oil, and cla to your diet if you havn't already- eat high protien low bad fat diets with lots of veggies and fruits, and only high quality complex carbs ( a lot of regular brands add molasses to give them a better flavor- no good).
Eat many small meals throughout the day. Make a yogurt and fruit smoothie and add low sugar protien powder , as a snack, and other great snacks are things like nuts and a piece of fruit, soybeans with mortens light salt, celery sticks or other veggies dipped in home made humus.... I'll look for my recipe and post it later if anyone is interested.

Do more cardio and if you have some money, then maybe get a trainer (start tomorrow) for 2 to 3 times a week. Or even once a week to show you the best moves for your “perceived” problem areas. I’ve been going to one, and after the first week I cried trying to get out of bed. My ass was on fire, all the way around. It’s good though, because if you’re like me (lazy), having someone to motivate you makes it much more fun and effortless. It creates a habit and you learn new techniques..
I'm all about this now, because I finally took advice from my friend, who doesn’t dance, “Your body is your product, if I have a trainer, you should have one.” She’s right..
Also, get the gel French manicure, fucking awesome, doesn’t chip for two weeks and won’t chip on vacation.
I’ve been following the Sonoma Diet (just spent half a week there for a friend's wedding, beautiful, if you haven't been, you should go!), Anyway, it has it’s own interpretation of the Mediterranean diet. Lot’s of fresh veggies, almonds, blueberries, grains.. etc.
