Is it really all it's cracked up to be? Does it look natural? I have a small scar on my forearm I'd like to cover, and I'm not sure how it will look.

Yea, I love it. Bought it to cover up stretchmarks for when Im not tanning. For a scar thats raised I mean it wont make it go away like it was never there....just less noticable. They have a bunch of shades. I got mine at Macys.
Ive had it over a year and seems to lose its consistentcy so I have to go buy a new tube.

It's a great product, especially if you want to conceal a scar. It's been a while since I've used it.As far as I remember,it's even waterproof. It is very thick, paste like, and comes with a small plastic "spatula" so you can scoop it out, blend it on the back of your hand and apply. When you put it on,you have to let it dry and set for a couple of minutes, then finish with some loose powder.

^^ I agree with what everyone has said. Dermablend or any concealer covers color discoloration- obviously, nothing can cover up texture issues unless you get into prostethics.
