This is a rant, but if anyone has any suggestions, I'd really like to hear it. I absolutley HATE to excercise! I am trying to loose baby weight to dance again, and really need to be back in a club by mid november, (Christmas is coming, and this year santa has 2 children...) Any way, I am great at eating healthy, I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, but I hate to excercize! My day starts every morning at 6:00. I get hubby off to work, and child # 1 off to school, put child # 2 in the stroller and try to go walk. I have even started doing all of the grocery shopping on foot, this way I have to go to the store, therefore have to walk. Well, I have managed to talk myself out of a workout several times, because either baby is grouchy, or I'm tired, or Maybe there are just enough leftovers for dinner. my weight has fdropped 17 lbs since I've started, but I probably need to loose another 20 just to get started back in the clubs, probably 30 or 40 to start making real money, this is Houston, and only the perfect seem to really survive in the industry. I miss being a size 3. Blah.... I need a way to excercise that isnt excercising? I only have about a month to do this.. also, I manage to get the walking in 3xs a week at least, but it doesnt seem to be working anymore. Need to step it up I guess.. I wish I had a stripper pole, I do like to dance, and what a great workout!
