    Default I hate excercise!

    This is a rant, but if anyone has any suggestions, I'd really like to hear it. I absolutley HATE to excercise! I am trying to loose baby weight to dance again, and really need to be back in a club by mid november, (Christmas is coming, and this year santa has 2 children...) Any way, I am great at eating healthy, I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, but I hate to excercize! My day starts every morning at 6:00. I get hubby off to work, and child # 1 off to school, put child # 2 in the stroller and try to go walk. I have even started doing all of the grocery shopping on foot, this way I have to go to the store, therefore have to walk. Well, I have managed to talk myself out of a workout several times, because either baby is grouchy, or I'm tired, or Maybe there are just enough leftovers for dinner. my weight has fdropped 17 lbs since I've started, but I probably need to loose another 20 just to get started back in the clubs, probably 30 or 40 to start making real money, this is Houston, and only the perfect seem to really survive in the industry. I miss being a size 3. Blah.... I need a way to excercise that isnt excercising? I only have about a month to do this.. also, I manage to get the walking in 3xs a week at least, but it doesnt seem to be working anymore. Need to step it up I guess.. I wish I had a stripper pole, I do like to dance, and what a great workout!

    Well you're doing pretty well by trying to incooperate your daily activities with excercise.
    Since you have a baby, you have to do something that doesn't involve them being left at long periods of time.

    How old is it? You can always use your kid as a trainer (yes, I said that).
    Kids have ENDLESS amounts of energy and they are always ready to do more (ever heard: AGAIN AGAIN! ?)
    If they're young enough to pick up, you should definately play on that. Like lying on the floor and playing 'airplane'. Dont do anything like that for too long because if your arms get tired -enough-, you might drop the baby. D:
    If they're older and can run around, try doing something that involves running around and picking them up and chasing. Kids love it. I've done it so many times and DAMN, it works on your cardio. Especially if you're helping them 'leap'. You know, you pick them up by the hands and then they 'jump' with you helping.

    Exhausting
    Otherwise, I dont know.

    Are you in Houston, Tx, or Houston somewhere else? You definately don't have to be perfect there. It isn't 1996 anymore.

    houston tx, and your right the girls arent all that here, but the ones who make money are. The only good places to work here are pretty much the upscale places, and those girls are very attractive. I havent danced in 2 and a half yrs though so I could be wrong. also like to really broaden my career, travel a bit and dance.

    The baby is 4 mths and yeah hes the source of my arm workouts.

    1200 calories?? We worked out in my bio class that that is the minimum amount of calories my body needs just for the internal organs to function, and I'm super, super, short. I was told if I aimed to only consume that many or ate less, it'd completely slow down my metabolism. I just say this because over restriction of calories might hinder your progress??
