I think that could work if you work in a club where you get to set your own prices. For me, I'd get in trouble if I quoted a dance for less than the amount and then EXPECTED on receiving a "tip" tipping isn't mandatory.
So..what would happen if you get back there and do that $20 dance and not get your $5 tip..You'd definately have a prob. on your hands.
Some Douchebag: "[Pimp C] 12:43 am: its true we got to stick together the black people on SW CK you is teh condoleeza of SW"

i find that if a guy says he's only got 'twenty' or whatever amount he claims (I will never go less than twenty as it's the minimum in our club), i'll just say
"ooh, baby, you drive a hard bargain,... but why not, let's go have some fun!"
They feel it's a little victory for them which makes them feel good, they feel like i'm not a rip-off who's only worried about money, i'm going to cut off about a minute off the dance which they won't even notice but i guarantee they'll be happy at the end and will usually extend once they've seen me dance. If they really DID only have twenty on them, well, it's now mine and we have a happy customer who will come back to see me at some stage because i didn't try and rip them off or push for more. I never asks for tips, in australia, tipping is not like it is in the US, it is not common place so it would be quite forward and rude to ask for one but they are not unheard of at all.
Hey, if it works for you, great! good on you and let's hope it continues, but i think many clubs would frown upon underselling if $25 is your base dance price.
There is no way known i could do a dance for $15 if the minimum's $20. if someone only has $15, i'll do a topless on the floor for them (i wont waste my time going to a private area) but it's easier to direct them to an ATM.
