    Its totally uo to you.
I go different ways with different body parts. Generally against the hair for my legs, with the hair or diagonly across for my pussy - no shaving rash that way (-:

Against, but once you get past the mons and closer to the lips, cooter hair grows in multiple directions.

Against, but with it if you're having an irritated cooch moment.

Well generally they tell men to shave with (but that doesn't mean it's the only way to shave) that's probably why he's telling you that. Usually it depends on your skin, if your prone to razor burn or ingrown hairs its best to shave with, but if your not it really doesn't matter. In fact if you shave with and then go back and shave against or even sideways, it can help to reduce ingrowns or razor burn if you are prone.

I shave with and then sideways.

I actually go with then sideways, then against to do the final cleanup. SmartCookie's right in that it grows in multiple directions, so I just do it all to make it super clean. Same for the armpits.

My armpits I do it both ways. My legs I do it against (unless it's super long for some weird reason and then I do with, then against--which I see men do with their face). For my cooch I do with, until I get to the Brazilian areas (my lips, and 'tween the cheeks,) then I tend to do it sideways or against.

With, and then if it doesn't feel smooth, against.

Yeah i've heard you're never supposed to shave against the hair in the cooch area. Well, i don't get that choice. If i shaved with, i'd be left with a major 5 o'clock shadow and prickles. So i shave sideways, and then against. And i get ingrown hair and razor burn a bit, but after objecting my crotchal region to the torture on a daily basis, it seems to get used to it after a month or so. If only there were a fool-proof way of doing it...

basically you shave the way that doesnt cause ingrown hairs.

example.. left side i shave towards my right and with

right side against the grain and out away from my "friend"

lips I go with the grain

and like downbelow ..you know butt area around there.. against the grain

Seriously its trial and error. Armpits I shave both ways without nicking

    and legs against the grain.

Most people giving tips will say to go with the grain because it is supposed to cut less that way. But I go against - better shave that way. I HATE stubble. I use the Schick Quattro razor because it has the tiny wires that help keep it from cutting me since I go against the grain.
