    Default D Day

    hey all,
    Today is the day. I am going to start my helthy food ways. I have been wanting to lose these last4-5kg for ages after having my daughter and I am really going to do it starting today. I have made a shopping list of healthy foods to stock up on like raw fruits and vegies nuts ect If any one can help me add anything to this list would be great. I am determined to do this. I am going to start running with our dog as well to helop the process along. So any food tips will be great!!!!
    I am going to keep updating this with my progress and hopefully get some support along the way.

    One thing I always try to keep in the kitchen (or in my car, in some cases) are dried/pitted dates. Helps out with my nonstop sweet tooth.

    Thats a good idea my one weakness is my sweet tooth! Chocolate and potato chips get me evry time!!! Its going to be hard but I hope it works I will definatly try the dates idea!!

    Im on my second almost the 3rd week of my cleanse now and its not so hard! Just dont have you not allowed food in the house and keep some healthy stuff around to snack on for when you feel peckish. I was worried about the first week for a number of reasons, but now thats over Im finding it pretty easy because I dont want to stuff up having done some time already! Even on my birthday at the weekend I found it was easy to stick to my diet and not even drink etc. You can do it!!! (-:

    Good Luck! Just stay focused and don't become impatient if you do not see the results right away. The most permanent results happen slowly. If you do slip up and eat something bad just remind yourself that it is okay and not an excuse to throw in the towel and resume your old bad eating habits. Just get back on track right away. I know that it can be difficult, but you can do it!

    Hmm.

    Eat regularly, on certain times in the day, always have similar dishes at same times. Like.. always salads in lunch, then you just eat different salads.
    If you have regularity you know what to expect, you don't get hungry, it's easier to swirf away from cravings and plus, it gets your burning going.

    hey all its only day 3 and i have already slipped up I have been doing so good but then last night after tea i had chocolate cake!!!!!! ahhhhh so I am going to have to go for a big run and swim today and make up for it!!! god i hate cravings they suck big time. I will keep soldiering on!!!
