hey all,
Today is the day. I am going to start my helthy food ways. I have been wanting to lose these last4-5kg for ages after having my daughter and I am really going to do it starting today. I have made a shopping list of healthy foods to stock up on like raw fruits and vegies nuts ect If any one can help me add anything to this list would be great. I am determined to do this. I am going to start running with our dog as well to helop the process along. So any food tips will be great!!!!
I am going to keep updating this with my progress and hopefully get some support along the way.
