I've been trying to eat healthier this last couple of weeks, I'm never hungry, I eat every 3 hours, less fat, and all that, but my problem is that I start getting cravings at night, around 8 pm. When I'm not working I usually go to sleep around 12 or 1 am and that's if I'm lucky because a lot of times it's hard for me to fall asleep.
So it's pretty much a struggle that lasts about 5 hours. I've tried eating a cheese string, or some low calorie sweet, but most of the time, they won't go.
Anybody has a tip or is there any other thread about this? I tried searching and there's tons of diets threads, but I couldn't find any about late night eating.
