    Default Doubles

OK confusion here. I've never done a double dance....I'm a little nervous about what to expect, etc. Two questions:

Does double mean that the guy pays both of the girls the typical dance fee (ours is a 25 a song)

Or, does it mean he splits the fee between two girls?

I guess I'm confused by what exactly you do, given the space constraints, i.e, one girl sits on each leg, or one girl on lap other..where?

    Sorry, curious and confused.

In my own personal experience a double dance would cost the customer double the price. Each dancer would get their full dance price, unless an alternative arrangement was negotiated. Your club and area may differ from mine, so best bet is to confirm with your club.

Some dancers who are comfortable with double dances like it because it can mean the same income without having to work as hard.

    I like double dances.

Me and the girl kind of just gind eachother and take turns on the guy and on eachother.

We both get paid our usual amount ($15 per song)

When doing a double, first off, he pays twice the amount. You don't compromise your money. As far as dancing, well, it's a hit and miss trying to figure out who you're compatible with. I've danced with girls where it was akward and clumsy, others, we just really flowed! Talk with the other dancer before hand and figure out your grooves. The more you "play" with each other, the less you have to come into contact with Joe Shmo, and he's still a happy camper!

In my club, both dancers get their regular amount. In the dance, the girl and I each usually take one side for a lil bit, then each girl takes a short turn by herself and does what she would do in a regular dance. Our set up is a lil different from other clubs I've seen in that we have chairs with wooden arms and a bar above the chair, and we stand on the chair above the guy and hold on to the bar, so we'll do that also for a while, one on each arm of the chair, then we'll take turns with one girl standing on the chair and one girl underneath, then switch. It's kinda hard to explain, but it's cool. Talk to the girl you're doing the dance with for a minute before the dance so you can try to work out a game plan, but if you don't have time, just try to feed off each other and work together.
Take the road less traveled- just make sure you have a map.

Ah, double dances. My crowning moment was doing a 30 min. VIP session with my ex-GF. We basically made out and acted all exaggeratedly porno-lesbo-typical while hovering above the guy for half an hour, occasionally touching his neck/arms and making sexy eyes at him. That paltry 30 minutes of my life paid for all my Christmas shopping that year. A good time was had by all.

*coughs* ahem.. *looks at Jenny* so umm yea... *blushes and giggles and runs away*

Jenny and I take the prize for the doubles dancing.. yes.. yes we do... bwahaha

Okay i'll answer the questions now...

Both girls get paid, I usually suggest to the guy in a VERY indirect manor that he tip(just soft subtle hints). Also i've been known to charge $40 for each girl(our dance price is $20) so it would be $80 a song to have the two of you. Do not be affraid to charge more for a duo.. the guy wants lesbianism then he can pay for it.

Make sure your clear of local laws before doing this as well.. some places the girls cant be within three feet of eachother, other places the girls can have 'classy' touching other places the girls can dyke it out if they want *coughsnlooksatjenny* anyway lol... make sure your up to date on all club rules and that other girls you work with dont get offended by girls offering duos.

Did my first Double the other day! I asked the other girl about it and she explained everything to me and we then explained to the customer that we got paid the regular VIP amount for EACH of us and not that fee split in half. Rather get that out of the way before than have some guy rip us off!!!!
The customer was nervous, but we were all joking around and stuff and it was pretty fun!

Last night was my first night at a new club and I've never really double danced before...but I have to say that half of my dances last night were doubles. We still get paid the same amount of money, but I found it ridiculously easy to sell dances as doubles. Plus it's much more fun this way, we can pay less attention to the guy, we can sell multiple dances without pushing for them, and you can help each other out by talking each other up so the guy is inclined to pay more. Saying simple things like "Isn't she just beautiful?" or "You know, she's one of the best dancers here..." really gets the guy excited and wanting to spend his money on the both of you...and the other dancer always returns the favor in terms of compliments.

And I was really surprised with the girls at this club, because I think all NY clubs are notorious for competition and stuck-up/bitchy dancers. And while you have a few of these girls at any club, all the girls were very friendly and I was doing doubles with girls that I didn't even know because hey, it pays off for both of us.
