    Default Yoplait Whips

I don't know about you guys, but I have a REALLY hard time eating breakfast. I usually have to wait an hour after I wake up. Well, when I'm waking up for school in the morning, I don't have an hour to wait around. So, I've been having one of these yoplait whips. They're light enough that they don't make me want to puke and they don't have that gross yogurt texture!

I like them, too. I'm not much for the "regular" yogurt texture either...it's kind of lumpy.

It is the only yogurt I'll eat. Regular yogurt is like slime.

I don't eat yogurt anymore b/c it's too sweet and full of sugar. Yogurt is supposed to be tangy and healthy, and all that crap totally counteracts it. Instead, I drink kefir. Kefir is a probiotic yogurt drink that contains more live cultures than yogurt. Kefir IS NOT like those sugary yogurt smoothies that Yoplait and Dannon sell. Kefir is tangy and contains real fruit and no artificial coloring. I can find it in the organic section of any grocery store in Houston, and I can definately find it in health food stores. It's like $4 for a quart, but it's actually cheaper than buying a bunch of little yogurt cups or little smoothies.

Yeah, artificial sweeteners for the lose. It coats your mouth and it's wayyy too sweet. The kefir that I drink is sweetened with natural fruit and sugar cane juice, not high-fructose corn syrup or aspartame or any of that crap.

yeah, I'm really into the greek yogurt with honey (and fruit)

When I was in Greece last summer, I was told that I had to try it. it's very different there...almost sour cream like. They sell it here (Fage brand is the most popular). Not sweet at all, but with the toppings, it's sweet and sundae-like.

I also like regular american yogurt, but it's not quite as satistfying.

Also PLAIN yogurt is really good with honey and nuts if you're feeling daring. I also like grapenuts on it.

Daring indeed. I had 2 nut-free spoonfuls to help me forget I put those fuckers in there....then I got the one hard grapenut...you know...there's ike three in every box and they're like gob stopper hard.

Although cracklin oat bran does add a unique and interesting flavor to the yogurt.

Plain yougurt with a tsp of honey and a tsp of real peanut butter mixed in is pretty good too.

I like the Yoplait chocolate mousse flavors, especially the chocolate raspberry! (They also have chocolate cherry and plain chocolate.) Delicious, and just enough chocolatey goodness to nip a craving in the bud.
