I have. It take FOREVER to use it on your wet hair. You're etter off letting your hair get almost dry by either letting it air dry or using a hairdryer. Don't think of it as a wet-to-dry iron. Think of it as a regular iron that you happen to be able to use when your hair is not 100% dry...
I bought one and tried using it on wet hair, and ended up just taking it back to the store. It takes forever to dry your hair with it (longer than a hair dryer) so it actually took longer trying to dry and straighten my hair in one step than it would have taken to just dry it first and then straighten it. I also felt that it left my hair feeling more dried out and fried than a regular hair dryer and flat iron.
Take the road less traveled- just make sure you have a map.
i have used a friends before, i liked it but my hair was about 80% dry when i used it. you should really wait until your hair is almost dry, doing it wet is a pain.

I reccommend that all hot iron tools be used on completely dry hair. Contrary to poular belief, flat ironing in any state of dampness damages the hair way more than traditional dry styling.
When applying high heat to damp hair, the water trapped under the cuticle reaches a boiling point which "cooks" the hair. The steam you see has swelled the cortex of your hair and took some vital, needed moisture along with it. This in turns causes brittleness and breakage over prolonged use much more quickly than proper dry straightening.
The only difference between wet to dry irons and regular flat irons is that the former has vents which reduce scalp burns from the escaping steam. Whenever you see steam, your seeing extreme damage.
i have the remington wet to straight and i only use it on my hair dry. I tried it on wet hair and it was like i blow dried it.
^^ What Mia M said ^^ It's really damaging and you'll have tons of fun trying to straighten 50 million split ends and 'flyaways'.
