Hi can you please help me, anyone. I am looking to get back in shape. I wouls like to flatten my stomach and get in smaller. I guess I do too much crunches because my stomach feels more muscular not flabby or flatty. I need help soon. I also what to get my booty bigger. I want to get back out there. I am 5'5 and 150 pounds. Check out the pictures so that you can get a better picture of what I'm dealing with.

You need to do cardio to burn fat also cut 200 to 300 of your calories from your diet. There are 3500 calories in 1lb. of fat.
Try drinking 4-5 cups of green tea every day (I'ts not just hype, it works) Also eat filling foods high in fiber. You need to do weight lifting to build muscle because muscle burns calories. It raises your metabolic rate, even while you sleep. Rember you have to burn more calories than you are taking in to loose weight GOOD LUCK!
