They have had some movement on that angle, dude, but it's so far not what you want. Everything i've heard it's like everyone's kids going on an adventure and the parents (the original goonies) having to bail them out.

I've known about the Indiana Jones remake for a while. I was wondering when they'd finally get around to doing it.

    As for Rocky? Blah.

Goonies remake? Hell fucking NO! That movie is sacred, they need to leave it alone. And besides... It wouldn't be Goonies without Anne Ramsey.

    ::sigh::

    But.. SLOTH LOVE CHUNK!

Calista needs a sandwich. She needs a few happy meals.

And ford, while still a great actor, isn't a spring chicken anymore.

    kk threadjack over...

Yeah, Goonies needs to be left alone. I don't think "Flight of the Navigator" could be re-made either. I wouldn't want that to be done.

I would like to see a new version of the "The Fountainhead" but I think our culture is too corrupt to get it. People would be like, "??????? What's Integrity????"

I wanna see a remake of plan 9 from outer space. Seriously. If they made it as a comedy, how awesome would that be?

No you don't want another "Plan 9 From Outer Space" homie!

I haven't seen the "Billy Jack" movies from the Seventies, but I'd get a kick out some new "Reservation Indian Rampage" films. Shoot, if you go to the Rez you can probably see some craziness going down in real time.

"Mother, Jugs & Speed" should be re-made. Also "Switchblade Sisters."

How about a remake of 'Amazon Women on the Moon' starring Jill Kelly, Devon (Not tall, i know, but she's hot and has great lips), and Jenna Jameson. THAT would spark my day.

I would LOVE to see a remake of "Valley Of The Dolls"...one that really follows the book. The one from the 60's is very dated and the remake from the 80's was waaaay forgettable.

Rumor has it that Mel Gibson has entered pre-production to reprise his role as Mad Max.

I am not making this up.

As long as they get Tina Turner to be in it.

Aren't there any new movie stars?

I loved Amazon Women on the Moon! Classic movie! My favorite scene was when the kid goes to buy condoms at the drug store owned by their family friend. Classic. Also Madcap, don't forget Kentucky Fried Movie. Another classic.

Getting back on topic though, I saw the trailer for Rocky Balboa a few months ago and was impressed. Now that they are making it not just to squeeze out another buck out of momentum (like Rocky IV and V) I actually think it will be pretty good.

As for the new Indiana Jones movie, this has been talked about for a very long time and there are even a few scripts floating around. Raiders of the Lost Ark is one of my all-time favorite movies and I'm very anxous to see what Lucas, Speilberg and Ford will put together on this new project.

Also on the topic of sequels, I am equally excited to go see the new Bond movie when it comes out...Casino Royale. My best friend and I are going to the premier in tuxedos with my wife and his girlfriend going in formal wear as "Bond Girls" Should be fun. We're working on rallying a few others to go with us.

    What ^ said.

I believe Indiana Jones has been in preproduction for a while

    IT will happen.

I also think ROCKY BALBOA could be a good film especially when Sly said he wanted to bring the tone down back to ROCKY 1

Enjoy the trailer and music is CLASSIC

I can't wait for CASINO ROYALE. I've been a fan of Craig Daniel since LAYER CAKE. I believe he can pull it off and it's gonna give bond a new feel.
