    Default Tiger Balm--miracle cure

    Tiger Balm.

For serious. I have been having horrible creaking knees and ankles and I didn't know what to do. I got some ankle supports and those helped ok, and then I got Tiger Balm and put it on my knees. Holy mother of Pete this stuff feels so good. I don't even care if it's a placebo effect, it makes me muscles feel goooood.

Tonight another girl and I were laughing over the fact. I was sitting there rubbing it on her back and then I was putting on my ankle brace while she was taking Aleve. We started cracking up and that's when I said, "Jeez, we are totally the geriatric strippers up in this mug." haha. It's one thing to look young, but when you're old like us you wake up feeling feeling your age and then some.

Cheers to taking it into old age (and we're the top earners, btw, those young chicas ain't got nothin' on us, except maybe for healthy joints) lol!

My childhood is filled with memories of my mother breaking the skin over our mosquito bites and rubbing the red tiger balm into them...
The stinging made us forget about the itching.

    ^LOL

BTW, Costco sells a Tiger Balm double pack for about $10. It sounds like a bargain for dancers.

I like the stuff too, but the smell - isn't it pretty strong for dancing?

Yeah, but I put it under my ankle wraps and I wear leg warmers over them. After a good dose of body spray you can't really smell it.

As for my friend putting it on her back, I think the relief was worth the smell at that moment.

Yeah that tiger balm is great. It worked great for me. My old kung fu teacher gave me some to put on my arms and legs after each session. Now I use it all the time.
It also works pretty good on my carpial tunnel. Funny, nothing else works.
