    Default ouch my knee!

Whenever I work a couple busy nights in a row, my right knee starts to hurt a lot. Last night I was on stage and I couldn't even put pressure on it so I went home. I iced it and put some tiger balm on it and today I feel a little better. Oh yeah, I already am on the MSM and glucosamine bandwagon. Is there anything else I can do? I need to work tomorrow night.

At home Alternate hot and cold packs. Rice bags microwave 1 or 2 minutes until hot are great. Not wet and messy like cloths. you could put heat on it in the club too if there is a microwave and you have 5 minutes.

This gets Hot and cold circulation going in the knee. Be aware if you have well developed quaudriceps and undeveloped hamstrings you will tend to hyper extend your knee. Cyclists have this problem.
