    Lol!

Just buy the canned pumpkin, not the pie filling, and add cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. That way you don't have all the extra sugar.

    It sure is yummy though!!!

LOL...now that's one I haven't heard before! I don't see the harm. Is it canned pumpkin or the actual pie filling with all the spices?

    I've never had pumpkin pie!
We don't really eat it as a sweet food over this side of the world... it sounds really really yummy though!

    ...can someone send me some?

    Scarlett...you are a hoot!

Pumpkin pie is acceptable if it is not a regular routine!!!

If it makes you feel any better... I have survived a meal of Joe Louis, canned whip cream and cashews!!

Just dont make it a habit! Make time to eat! Luv Ya!

If you like that, try bakes sweet potatoe with butter and cinnamon over it. So good. It tastes like cake to me.

I bake plain pumpking filling (not pumpkin pie filling) all the time for me and my family. It is a yummy treat and a great sorce of Vitamin A. I think one serving is 300% daily value of your vitamin A intake. Vitamin A is excellent for your skin. I mix the pumpkin filling with a 1/4 cup of spenda, 2 egg whites, 1/4 of skim mile, 1 teaspon of vanilla flavoring and lots of cinnamon. I bake it for 50 minutes at 325 degress. It is very yummy and healthy. Also, if you want to make a little more yummy you can bake marshmallows on top, but that adds a lot of sugar.
