Hey ladies:
Anyone know if it is ok to work out when you have a cold? I just bought this exercise bike and I was starting to get into the habit of using it, when bam, I got a cold. I just don't want to get off track.
I have a sore throat and sniffles... is it ok to do a mild 30 minute cardio workout? Or do I have to stay in bed*sniffle*
