I think so, that's why I've always done it. My 'proof' is in national geographic, those native chicks that never wear anything upstairs get pretty saggy after some years n kids.

I usually go to sleep in a sports bra and underwear. I just find it to be comfortable.

I'm not sure how accurate this is, but i've read on a few occasions that wearing bras 24/7 like that can impede lymph flow. Just a thought.

I wear a bra to bed whenever I can't be bothered to take it off, but I find it more comfy to go without.

My mom never wears a bra. She's in her late sixties, and really looks quite good for her age. Admittedly, her boobs aren't huge, which probably helps. I hope I look as good as she does at her age: I've seen girls half her age who look way worse.

    No kidding right?

As for whether or not wearing them while you sleep works...
I'm not really sure how it would? Breast sag occurs from gravity yoinking at them while you're upright if i'm not mistaken. Meh. Whatever makes you happy I guess. Myself I can't wait to take them off at the end of the day.

I'm one of those girls who always feels very uncomfortable WITHOUT a bra. I'm a decent size (36 C), so as time goes by I can feel their weight more and more, if you know what I mean. I didn't always wear a bra to bed, but I've started doing so within the last year. Frirming cream + bra.

I'm fairly small upstairs, so most of the time I don't bother!

I have implants and I don't normally wear bras to bed. My boobs are firm enough and they don't need to be any firmer. It just doesn't feel comfortable for me to wear a bra when sleeping. Sometimes I will fall asleep on the sofa wearing my clothes, and when I wake up the underwire from the bra will be digging into the side of my boob and leave a mark(it eventually goes away, though). Then again, this could be because I have poor blood circulation and very sensitive skin. If you have natural boobs and worried about sagging, I guess a soft sports bra(no underwire) would be helpful. For me however, it's probably good that I don't wear one.

I don't wear a bra to bad, it's uncomfortable. However I know a couple of women in my family who do, one's large chestered & the other's small chested. I always thought it was sort of strange when I saw them doing that. I'm a 36C but pretty perky. I don't normally go braless in the daytime though, I really love bras. I'm like a junky, I have to be led away from the lingerie section.

I have always slept with a pillow between my breasts, like holding/cuddling a pillow. I have natural 34C's and don't like the way they feel when I lay on my side with nothing between them. I picture the skin of the boobs stretching with the pull of gravity and I've conviced myself that the pillow holds them in place.
I am very self-conscious without a bra and prefer to wear them right up until bedtime. I've always been like that, but I also get a lot of compliments that my breasts "sit nicely" for their size, so....

Saggage or loss of firmness is due to the growing and shrinking of breasts, and the quality of your skin.. not because one doesn't wear a bra. National geographic boobs are like that generally because of many babies+nursing+malnutrition and there is the genetic factor of skin elasticity. There are some sources which state that wearing a bra all the time actually acan contribute to loss of firmness because the coopers ligaments, your natural internal bra, atrophy. I think this is true.. no proof except for a period a few years back where I went almost 100% bra free...they looked a lot better and became a LOT more comfortable. I was only a small C though, of course the heavier your boobs are the more likely they will sag over time, bra or no.

I always wear a bra to bed and I swear that it helps keep them perky. I often get compliments on how firm they are for their size (36D).
