    Fitness software?

I've decided I want to get in amazing fitness model shape. So I thought I might buy some fitness software to help. Does anyone else use this type of software and have recomendations? I want it mostly for exercises, record keeping, and goal setting.

I'll tell anyone who wants to get into shape to check out www.fitday.com. Its free and web based so you can access it anywhere. If you want to be in "model shape", you need to pay as much, if not more attention to nutrition as to exercise - fitday is great at both.

Fit-Day is awesome, although I wish it had more exercises listed in its activities section. Or at least give you the opportunity to add them like it does with food.
