Default Health concerns in the club

Is it legal for a girl to work in a nude strip club when she has herpies?

She's a nice girl but I can't shake the disgust I feel when I get into a situation where I need to dance on a guy's lap after she has... or when she touches herself on stage (which I don't mind if you don't have contagious stuff to pass around) and then touches the pole and the customers and basically everything in the club.

    =/

I was just thinking, shouldn't that be like a health code violation in the adult industry?

This has been hashed over time and time again: herpes is passed from SKIN TO SKIN CONTACT!!

Unless she's doing extras, there's really no threat of her passing it to customers or other dancers.

^^^ True! I'm much more concerned with getting a cold virus.

1 in 4 sexually active women has herpes. So, think about that next time you're at work, at the gym, at the mall, hair salon...hell, anywhere...even hanging out with your friends...it's everywhere!!! Sounds like you're gonna be icked out alot!

Eh, kind of different than nude grinding, IMO. I don't dance nude though, so no worries beyond the usual.

For the record, I do wash my hands a lot. And I hit the shower the first thing when I get home from work. I do feel the ick, and I like to get rid of it asap.

Im sort of with Andygirl here. Its icky! Although Im worried about this since I work in a non-contact club and I use colloidal silver gel topically on my nether regions anyway. After hearing Australias Dr Cindy Pan (Oops, did I get her name right, lol?!) talk about her research into Herpies where she stated that cross contamination is possible sometimes and ranted for about 5 minutes about it I probably wouldnt be entirely comfortable with the nude grinding directly after an infected dancer had jumped off either. Did any of the other Aussies catch this? It was on beauty And The Beast a couple of years ago. I searched but cant find a referance which is why Im wondering if I got her name wrong...

I heard her yell it during a phone argument with her boyfriend. =/

Kind of hard not to hear when someone is screaming it over and over and you're in the same room.

I work in a ghetto club where management does NOT (in any way) care about the quality of their girls.

In the little over a year I've worked there I've only seen one girl (yes ONE) not get hired... and it was because she was so mean and drugged looking that they thought she might bring the police in one way or another.

Maybe guys will think twice about sticking their papercut finger inside some dancer offering extras. Or wanting to just "lick it" (ie cooch).

I worked with a girl in a nude club who had VD. She had an outbreak and was able to work there but only with her boyshorts on. She was told that she wasnt allowed to take her bottoms off due to her infection. All the girls were freaked and grossed out that the fact she was still working there. Of course stage and pole cleaning as well as sanatizer and hand washing become a common practice. She ended up quitting shortly after that to move onto different areas of her life. Not sure if it had to do with all the other girls knowing about her VD outbreak. She was very open to it when any of the girls asked questions.
