So there's this new product on the market called "FluidJoint" that's supposedly super-good for relieving joint pain. The article from the Consumer Health Digest that rated the top 25 joint supplements put it near the bottom of their chart as it apparently isn't the greatest for supporting joint repair, but only one supplement (Phosoplex) is better at pain relief, and only two others scored 4 out of 5 on pain relief like FluidJoint.
Phosoplex isn't nearly so heavily marketed, and I can't seem to find much other info on it, though if it really works like it says it does, it would be so worth it for my poor aching knees.
Basically, I keep seeing FluidJoint touted as the big new thing for joint health, and I'm kind of skeptical. I don't quite understand what their miracle ingredients are or how they work. I'm curious, but at $50 for a month's supply (and a demand to try for 4-6 weeks to see results!), I'm not sure if I should just pick up some glucosomine and chondroitin supplements instead.
Anybody have any experience with FluidJoint or Phosoplex? Or should I just go with the usual joint supplements?
