I love pretty much all of the babies shirts, but I can just imagine the crap youd cop dressing your baby in them publicly!
If I was the sort of person why wore t-shirts id wear some of them, not all though. There's a definate time and place for some of those (-:

WTF I have a crazy sense of humor but that Tshirt HIGHLY is offensive. Your new here so you don't know how heated the site can get and I'm sure that it wasn't (well I hope so) your intention to offend but don't be suprised If someone comes along and rips you a new asshole.

^ Umm who said that I was worked up? And even If I was what is your point? That because people don't find it offensive everybody else should be cool with it? I don't think that the OP was trying to offend anybody here which I already stated and maybe I did come across a bit snappy but I know of a few members who are going to be offended and I can see this thread turning very ugly soon.

Btw to ask why anyone would get worked up over that T shirt is stupid, anyone with sense (even if they dont find the shirt offensive) can still see why other's would.

Oh i see i didnt mean to offend anyone. These shirts are offensive but its all in how you can tolerate/laugh/accept it. I mean one of my black friends just ordered that "arrest black babies" shirt. He aint mad at all so it all depends...

^ I know that you weren’t trying to be offensive and I know that I came off abrupt in my last post so I apologize but just let it be a warning that these issues get very heated.

As for the T shirt I do find it very offensive and that has nothing to do with tolerance/acceptance whatever. I am black and that is not even why I find the shirt offensive it is just bad taste imo period. If that was T shirt about "fat, greedy American's" a lot of people on this site would be pissed, understandably so. If that shirt was mocking gays a lot of people would be offended which again is understandable and so on and so on.

Umm actually I was. I saw this post when I got in from work last night. I was so pissed to write anything. But yes, just because no one has commented on it, doens't mean they aren't worked up about it.

TShirtHell rocks. You should check out the baby T-Shirts. I'm tempted to get Hunter a few of them. One of my faves is "Now that I'm safe, I'm Pro-Choice." Another is "Fuck the milk.. Where's the whiskey tits?" And then there's "I ate my twin."

(Look under "Baby Hell" for them all)

    Heh.

They make shirts that will shock and maybe offend people. That's their goal. I know a lot of people that won't even visit the site because they get offended.

As for the shirt that was linked by the OP.. There's no way in hell I'd wear it. It's wrong on many levels, but all of their T-Shirts are to some point.

That particular shirt is terrible. I'm not worked up because it's (these types of "funny" shirt etc.) not unusual, which is sad within it's self.

I didn't feel like posting an "eyeroll" emoticon when I first read the post, but that doesn't mean I wasn't offended.

Interesting that of all the shirts on that site, the one linked is the one the OP decided to use as a point of reference

I mean where's the shirt with the barefoot, saggy-diapered, White baby with the red Kool-Aid mouth ring drinking spoiled milk out of his mom's meth lab beaker/Pitre dish?

    ^^(Rhetorical, of course)

I would be very worried about someone who A) found them all offensive and without humor or B) found every single one of them funny and would wear them all.

Yay! PJ worries about me. B, right here.

Although I've never bought a teeshirt from them. But thats because i have TONs of t-shirts that people just give me, so I'm not in the habbit of buying shirts(or any clothes for that matter).

But i would most certainly wear that shirt. And yes, I would wear the one that the OP posted a link to. Its no more offensive than any of the others on that site. However, I'd have the sense not to wear it in Roxbury, Dorchester, or Mattapan unless i was feeling EXTRA suicidal that day.

personally i feel that if you're offended by one of the shirts then you should just say you're an uptight prude and be offended by all of them. if you accept one of the shirts then stop being a PC morron and accept all of the shirts. "its ok to make fun of groups X,Y, and Z. But to make fun of Group A, B, or C is wrong." No, thats the most biggoted stance of all.
