    Default Stripping as addictive?

Before I start this post, I am going to state that this opinion is based on the assumption that stripping has a relatively young retirement age. Let's say, most girls leave by their thirties, although many do stay on indefinitely.

Look, when times are good, stripping is a blast because everyone thinks you look awesome, dance amazingly, are a smooth talker, etc. When times are bad, you are short tempered from sleep deprevation and drama or demeaning aspects can be overwhelming.

HOWEVER, we are so fucking lucky that we have the potential to go to (almost) any city in the country, find a job that requires no formal training or skills (just skills to make sales) and make money hand over fist.

I know tons of girls that leave their lives and families in other countries for a few months to come to the US and make money stripping. I think it is so awesome that we have this industry availible to us.

So while stripping may be "addictive", you have the potential to make more than enough money to pay for school/start a business/make investments. Take advantage of it, and don't bitch about what other people would consider to be a blessing.

I wouldn't say with no skills besides sales skills can you get hired anywhere. i mean, its my shitty stage show that keeps me stuck in the club where i am instead of going on to bigger and better things. Other than that i agree that it is a great money making opportunity and that we are lucky it's available and without it many girls would be stuck in low paying jobs.

I am proud that I have been a dancer for over 8 years. --But I guess I just would not want to be STILL dancing through-out my entire lifetime.
