Since about July, I have lost 25 pounds. I have gone down a few pants sizes, etc, but I am wondering where the hell all of that weight came from. I didn't try to lose it either... (which is the ironic thing...) Does 25 pounds in 4 months seem weird, or what. I have struggled to lose 20 pounds in a year before with actual diet and exercise. Plus, my body looks really weird now and I am getting self conscious about being naked.......I have a really flat tummy which I like, but my thighs and bum are still pretty much the same as before...and my ribs stick out a lot, you can see and count them all, it is gross. So I look like a weird skeleton with a big ass and tiny boobs. Also my hip and collar bones are sticking out, but the rest of my body seems healthy. What the eff, lol.
