Default Clubs in St John's Newfoundland

I was just wondering if anyone has any info on clubs in or around St John's. I read the reviews but I had a couple of specefic questions:

Are there 2 or 3 clubs?? I searched on canada411.com and got only 2 (Sirens and Bubbles) but I have heard talk of the Cotton Club.

What type of contact is expected in each club?

Which one would be best for a brand new dancer to start in?

I do plan on visiting one or both but I have very limited cash right now so I would like to find out as much as possible before hand. So anyone who has worked in these clubs or even just been to them (There is one poster who I believe is from Newfoundland so it would be so great if she could reply) any info is much appreciated!!

well sweetie I would have recommended the Cotton Club but it burned down months ago.
There is another called the Champagne Room, but please do NOT go there!!!
I worked in Sirens least year and it wasn't too bad, though I'd recommend checking out both Sirens and Bubbles (they're within walking distance of each other)
Stage is nude, and lap dances are 2 way contact, no kitty touching.
I'm not sure about the other 2 clubs, but CC gave me a shift pay and paid for my flight one way. Be sure to call the clubs and ask beforehand or get yourself an agent

Thanks so much for the info!!

I was venturing downtown and the sign at the Cotton Club says "Under Renovation", so maybe that will be a possibility in the future. I will definately check out Bubbles and Sirens though.

I'm from St, John's Newfoundland but I'm currently living in Montrealand let Me say I made a HELL of ALOT more in Newfoundland. Theres way to much hype build up about nothing for dancing in Montreal theres way to many clubs and way too many daners. I work at Le Club Downtown its the second best club in Montreal if our club is empty theres noone in any other club. I never make $300 a night I'm lucky if I even make $150!.

So anyways.. I use to work at Sirens in Newfoundland I use to make really good money there all year around ( apperntly in Montreal money is only 'sesonal') On a good night I would make $400 to $800 and up on a bad night I would still make at least $100 to $200. I got along great with eveyone working there we always had alot of fun together. I swear when I frist started dancing in Newfoundland it was the best time of My life. The Cottin Club did burn down but it is supose to be re-opening for Super Bowl Weekend. Me and My girlfriends who live here with Me who are always from Newfoundland are going to go to the re-opening for about 2 weeks to make some good money. The Cottin Club is definitly the best for money and clean classy nice girls. So when it re-opens try to go there. Or if You don't wanna wait until Febuary go to Sirens for now. Then I would say Bubbles but theres alot of fucked up shit after happening there they are really skeety. Hope I hepled babe.
