WWW being the new girl AGAIN and I'm a veteran

I've been dancing 6 years now and I have made a lot of friends and a few enemies in our little world. I a DJ friend and a manager friend that work at the same club invited me to work at thier club. Well I was kinda hesitant at working there since I am friends with them outside of work and after nearly a year of putting them off, I finally went in. Here is my story.

There is no set schedule, you come in when you want and pay a $25 dop in fee for 2nd shift which starts at 8 pm. First shift is from 3 till 8 and there is no fee. 10% of your earnings goes to the DJ and the house takes $5 from every $25 dance. You have to sell a drink and hour but you dont get a comission off of them, I think it just lets the bar know you are actually doing something. Not a big deal because its not that hard to get a customer to buy you a drink here. No touching except maybe your legs, keep the breasts in the face thing to a minimum. You have to wear pasties. No flashing. Ect, ect, ect. Pretty standard stuff. Normal dollar dances, private dances. 2 girl rotation on the main stage. If get it gets busier, 3 stages and even busier yet, 4 stages. Stage 3 and 4 are pretty small. On a slamming night, there are 4 girls on all the stages total and at least 8 others working the floor.

Pretty normal club just a few more rules than I am used to. I normally only work at clubs where there is one stage with one girl on it.

Here is the issue of the entire thing.

They have any where from 10-20 girls working a night. No big deal. Some of these girls are damn hot, making me feel like I have no idea what I am doing there. Most of the other girls are pretty average and there are a few that arent the greatest and could maybe loose several pounds. Most of them are pretty nice though. Lmao One of them who is absolutely stunning let me feel her implants since I am considering getting them done.

There are 3 girls that work every night that management would love to replace. They are average looking but damn good dancers and hustlers. Problem being, they love to chase off the new girls. They treat the new girls like total shit. Just by being rude to them, distracting the customers, and being down right bitches. Management would love to replace them just because of this and I think this is why they have been after me to come in. None of these girls has worked for more than a year total and they are pretty young. I want to say they are around 23 or so. Even so, there is no reason to be a royal bitch to the new girl.

My first night there, attitudes from these 3 immediatly changed in the dressing room the minute I walked in. I could feel the hate coming from them. Like I care anyway. I went about my hustle and had a damn good night. I could tell they werent too happy. One of them was screaming about her purse being missing and that it had $500 in it and she kept looking at me when she was having her tantrum. I was about ready to give her the key to my suitcase and say have it but her other cohort in the attitude thing walked in the door with it. Nice try.

Second night. Not having a great night this time. A regular of mine from another club came in and manipulated all my time but I kinda let him. Pretty much my fault. I didnt make very good money. Only 2 of the 3 bitches was in that night. The ring leader who bitched baout her purse missing the previous night was on a cruise or something. These 2 dummies thought that I would get upset if while I was on stage, they would turn the customers that were at my stage around and distact them. WRONG! Thank god for chairs that swivel. I immediately whipped one of them back around after dumb girl #1 moved away a few feet to laugh about something. I put a big smile on my face and said Hello Sexy! That got his attention. He immediatly tapped his friend on the shoulder and he turned aroud to see me there in panites and pasties only. He turned around and go friend #3 who was being distracted by dumb girl#2 and then I had all three guys paying atttention to me. Dumb girls #1 and #2 just stared at me with dropped jaws and then retreated. I didnt have an issue with those 2 for the rest of the night.

Message of my story. If you are a new girl just starting out or a veteran playing the new girl again, dont let the bitches run you off. Hold your ground.

Thanks for the tip Gemini. I haven't ben confronted with those problems yet. Usually most of the dancers are polite- the others just ignore you and go own with there business. That's why I hate going somewhere new...i'm worried that I'd have to have to suffer through what you wrote about.

    I can only imagine...
I'm returning to dancing after some time off, but i'm returning to it in the US. So much more competitive than Australia. I must admit i'm a little scared

Hell just ignore the little bitches. Not worth my time or the drama. I think they had me come in to weed out the bad ones. No problem with that. Even got the house mom asking for my advice.

hhmmmmm This may work out for me in the long run.

I've been at the same club for over two years. I'm spoiled there, so when I venture to another club I feel like such a newbie. I always go back to "my club" feeling so relieved. I've got a trip planned next spring, though. I have a feeling it will be more scary to work at new clubs than travelling to new states.

I'm EXACTLY the same way. I might be able to make better money at other clubs, but I just like mine...cuz it's mine! lol. And Everyone knows me there. I'm kinda part of the "family" if you know what I mean. Every now and then I consider goin and trying new places, but I'm just so comfortable at my place and I'm friends with pretty much all the dancers that work there, although a lot come and go. But I know what you mean. I always feel bad because what if I went somewhere else and could make a lot more money, but I just don't because I want to stay at the club I'm at.

    Good advice.
Even though I had a "home-base" club, I'd travel around just to see if the grass was greener anywhere else and it would always curdle my shower cap when snot-faced little newbies would try to intimidate me when I entered their "turf." It was always to my satisfaction when the karmic wheel turns the other way around and one of those newbies show up at YOUR club.

You should act like a newbie who knows nothing and act all man I wish I knew how to hustle like you girls! Then at the end of the night be like man...I only made a grand tonight, I sure hope I get the hang of this so I can make more like I know ya'll do! Haha. Not really but it would make them feel like douchebags.

^^^^ haha this is great! If you can pull it off and sound convincing, it'd be soooo funny to see how they respond.
