I spent the past couple years running and doing a lot of working out. I lost weight at first and then i suddenly was just getting bigger and not losing anything. Im trying to tone down my legs so i havent been running the past few weeks, and trying to focus on diet, and i just ordered yoga booty ballet (used on amazon).
Has anyone tried it?? Im looking to get toned down and lean but still keep muscle tone. Anyone had good results ??
