I've never been in a car accident or broken a bone... But well, I walk into doors and walls all the time... But I don't consider myself accident prone.

I walk into my friend's glass door all the time... he needs to put those sticky things on it so I stop walking into it constantly. I swear he polishes that door just before I come over...

I am so far beyond accident prone it's ridiculous. For example:

I actually locked my own hand in my car door once and then proceeded to drop my car keys which then slid away down the inclined driveway which was coated in ice.

    Same here.
When I get up in the middle of the night to pee, you can hear me walking into walls. Like a freeking pinball.

I know this is silly! But I always fall up the stairs at my moms house.

It was a miracle that I survived six years of stripping with only two sprained ankles (-(both occuring at the club where I ate shit for of all to see of course).

I've had a total of 10 stiitches in my head from 3 different injuries.
Broken finger (slammed in car door).
Stubbed my pinkie toe on my right foot so many times that the nail refuses to grow back.
Took an aluminum bar in the mouth in 7th grade in gym class (wasn't watching where I was going) and have had 2 teeth rebuilt and a permanent dental bridge put in.

My wife calls me 'Her Bull' (in a china shop), and I remember hearing this phrase ALOT around my house growing up: "We just can't have anything nice!"
    ...Does that work?

I do not know! But I always fall offguard. My mother says I am very clumbsy. I remember when I first start dancing. The men felt sorry for me because I kept falling. They will give me money just to sit down.

I hurt myself at least 20 times a day. Its awesome. It takes me literally like 15 minutes to get down the stairs at work because I'm so terrified of falling.

I have a major problem with breaking my ankle from just walking barefoot..my foot goes to the side and it just snaps. Yet i can walk in stilettos fine. The local ER knows my full name, and DOB lol

Science has proven as a left handed person, I have a 10% higher chance of death by accident due to living in a world designed for right-handed people. But I am in my "right mind", which is a small consolation.

I'm not accident prone... I've only ever broken 1 bone. It was my left femur, though. If you're only gonna break one bone, break the hardest bone in your body to break.

Get this.. I fell down two flights of stairs with a cereal bowl in my hand, spilled milk all over me and chunks of cereal got stuck in my hair... and I went the emergency room because when I dropped the bowl, it bounced down with me...

... and landed on my foot.

The actual fall didn't hurt me.

Yes, very! When I was little my dad was swinging me around and my arm popped out of it's socket, in high school i was playing floor hockey in gym, my friend high sticked and broke my two front teeth, the next year in high school I was walking to the ladie's and slipped on the floor? and broke my fifth metatarsol on my left foot. On stage I have slipped when the pole was greasy and totally wiped out..and I always fall in my work shoes, I break a pair a month or less. And I fall down the stairs at home alot( they're carpet and I guess I go down them too fast. Lots of stubbed toes, jammed fingers, ect little things along the way. Makes life more interesting!

Yes I am. I broke my shoulder falling off the monkey bars at age 13. Broke a wrist falling down some stairs at age 16 - I TOTALLY missed all the steps, somehow, and landed on my hands at the bottom. Dunno how the hell I did that. I almost always spill something when I eat. I am constantly running into stuff, dropping stuff, tripping, etc. No wonder it took me a full year to learn to walk in platform stripper shoes!! LOL! But I have mastered the art of looking (mostly) graceful even though half the time I'm stumbling

Bridgette's post reminded me of a dancer I knew who was famously graceful on stage- she could do backflips IN HEELS, stand on one leg & hold the other with her hand, over her head, etc....but backstage she would drop things all the time & spill stuff. It was very strange. (NO, she wasn't a druggie. She was raised Mormon, nuff said.)
I kinda got the same thing going but if I stop admitting it, maybe it'll go away.

Definitely accident prone. My first intro to the world of accidents was when i was on my bike at 9, my handlebars were twisted round because i had been swinging them aorund, and i went head first into the pavement and was unconscious for 2 hrs!
Jammed both my thumbs in the door and lost the nails, then slammed my index finger in the door and had to get the top stitched back on.
THankfully i'm a little less clumsy these days, just the usual stubbing of toes, getting hip bone slammed into door handles, and i too fall up stairs
I'm the only person i know who has got blood poisoning from a pair of shoes (Rubbed the hell out of my pinky toe but i kept wearing them and it got infected)

Similar to what happened to me. Except I ran into the goal while doing laps to 'warm up' b-4 class... & I lost 4 teeth.

It's funny, I actully have an amature dj friend who's nickname is "Accident prone." And boy is he. I've known him since we were 2 and went to the same daycare. Let's see, In the past 5 yrs for him he has

    1. accidently lit his pants on fire and now has 3rd degree burns and no hair grows on his left leg
    2. While a friend was playing with his new video camera we were jumping on one of those jiant trampolines and he jump too close to the corner and his leg went trough causing him to go backwards off the trampoline and break his leg right in the middle ( he was suspended in the air above the grond because his leg was still stuck).
    3. I once sent him out to get a box of condoms for me and my boyfriend, an dhis breaks failed causing him to drive right underneath an suv.
    4. Was diagnosed with crones disease and had 3 surgeries over 3 years only to find out he never had crones disease at all, found out by him going into diabetic shock on christams eve.
    5. And, everytime we see each other he's all banged up from walking into something, or falling off of another.

I also forgot to mention the time he was riding his bike and got his toe stuck in the spoke, and had to have it sewn back on.

As for me, I've never broken anything, but I was 5 when "Honey I shrunk the kids" came out, and when my mom asked me to help her mop, I coppied the girl in that movie and started dancing. I sliped and busted my chin and had to get 7 stitches.

At Chuck e cheese a glass door swung across my foot cutting all five toes about a year and a half ago ( I assume it was pushed by a child but don't know for sure because they have the glass blacked out.) I am still in a law suite with them.... they told me go to the er and they'd pay for everything, but when I calle dto get their billing info corporate told me the manager didn't have the authority to tell me that. I couldn't walk for a month, and obviously couldn't work, and was left with scar tissue that stings a bit when my feet get too cold.

This is Mast's father. As he was typing up this reply, he slipped on a banana and landed on forklift.

Oh. I once flipped my go-cart into the bushes at the edge of our very large yard (at the time), and landed, of all places, in a briar patch instead of the tall grass that was right next to it I dunno how I flipped the go-cart either - I thought those things were supposed to be practically un-flippable.

I almost ran my mini-bike broadside into my cousin's freshly restored baby blue 67 chevy pickup. What stopped me was my brother who literally jumped in front of me and threw on the brakes. LOL!! We laughed about that one for years after.

Speaking of wrecks. The only car accident that I caused happened in the rain and I hydroplaned off the road, down an embankment, somehow managed to get turned around to hit the power line pole I was originally FACING, to hit it with my rear end, broke the pole in half and the top half crashed down onto the cab of my truck, but I DIDN'T hit the shorter telephone directory that was right in front of the power pole (right in my path) so I must've been airborn for a bit and went over it or something, bounced around down the little hill and into a cow pasture, taking out a barbed wire fence along the way, somehow turning back around to face my original direction again, and landed smack in the ONLY bushes in the entire pasture so I couldn't get out my driver door and my passenger door was a bit stuck from the top half of the power pole falling on that side. I finally managed to kick the door open.

Oh, the power pole I hit was one that carried the lines across the highway, so I brought down broken power lines across the highway, shutting off people's power for miles around for 4 hours until the power company could replace the pole and fix the wires. There were parts of my truck strung all the way from where the thing landed, back up to the highway. Out of all that, I only got one bruise from the tire tool bouncing up from behind the seat and hitting me on the arm. It's pretty funny now

I knocked myself out once because I was playing on a rope swing, pulling it as far around on one side as I could and pushing out to swing and twist around in a big twirling circle to the other side. I had done it several times before this time. I didn't quite make it around enough to kick off with my feet on the other side of the tree, and of course my head was the first thing to hit. I woke up some minutes later on the ground with my brother standing over me, frantic, yelling at me to wake up and asking if I could see, and the stupid rope swing was just barely moving over me, trailing it's tip end in my face. That's probably what woke me up. LOL

Torched my heavily hair-sprayed 90s puffed bangs while lighting a bong hit with one of those dumbass lighters with the safety removed Never give a stoner a lighter without the safety!

Burned my bangs OFF with a curling iron that malfunctioned and overheated to the point it fryed my bangs right off in about a second this was also in the 90s and of course I was trying to curl my bangs so I could puff them. I am SO glad that fad is over

    There's a lot more.
