Um, I'd suggest choosing another diet if you're already trying to figure how much you can cheat.

I agree with sxybrat07. Don't bother if you are planning on cheating. Also, I've been on south beach, and cheating actually makes it harder: you will never get a chance to get rid of the so called "sugar-addiction", and you will be in a perpetual state of craving, but trying not to cheat tooo much, and getting disappointed with the results...
Maybe try modifying southbeach. Over the next few days and weeks, add extra protein and avoid some carbs. For example, instead of having something carby for a snack, have some peanuts or beef jerkey. Start small. Don't shock your body. It will thank you.
I think the best diet is just to eat less and exersize more, all the other diets just seem impossible to keep up.

Maybe try Weight Watchers instead? With WW no foods are really off limits but you have to watch your portions.
