Went to the gym today, first weight training in nearly 2 weeks. Lifted what I normally do. Now its been 8 hours and my shoulders and upperback are killing me!!
I have a bone problem with my collarbone/ribs, so my left side gets a bit sore, but this is everywhere. From all those rows and clean&presses I think
Im about to apply deep-heat and have a massage, any suggestions?
