    I wouldnt. I can understand why the author made those statements but they dont help us that much. Theres another way of doing it when I took the DW seminar. Why not take that anyways? Its right in your city.

    I can see the practicality in making a sales pitch that appeals to the economy-minded customer, the quality-minded customer, and the convienence-minded customer in a single sentence, but this tends to sound canned in a strip club. I think with a little prodding, a dancer should be able to figure out which of the three she's dealing with, and tailor her pitch accordingly.

    Most customers want products that are free,

    Umm yeah, get a dancer to agree to that one.

    perfect

    There's too much subjectivity in customer preferences to define what "perfect" even is. The very attribute which makes a dancer attractive to Customer A may turn off Customer B.

    and available now.

    Lap dances and VIP's aren't fast food. If they were, the term "maybe later" would never be uttered in a strip club.

    Oh but doc. It still applies to SC customers. When they want us, they most certainly do want it to be free, perfect, and available now. All customers of any product/service know they're not getting anything free, perfect and now. It doesn't stop them from wanting it. That's the premise behind this technique - tell them how close to free, perfect and available now, it is.
