Hi there
I danced at Stringfellows a couple of years back and the house fee was £83. You could choose to pay the hairdresser or not. The changing room was far too small for the 80-100 girls a night the would let work! Much better quality girls are hired there and of course a better quality customer.
The first night I worked, I made £400 but after house fee and 20% commission on club money, I only went home with £280!!! I was NOT pleased.
The roof is also very low and I managed to concuss myself while trying to do my signature pole trick. Smacking your head on the ceiling while wearing only a g string and heels makes it quite hard to be sexy. Amusing tho...
Spearmint Rhino on Tottenham Court Road also charges about £80 house fee, but your money is your own. They sell gambling chips that custys can use to pay for dances. But they also hire too many girls.
England is not a rich country and men are pretty much sexist and will try and get something for nothing almost all the time. You really have to hustle in these clubs and it is exhausting.
I am going to try Secrets next week as I live down the road from one and I miss dancing. I did my audition and got in, I just need to book some time. Im actually looking forward to going back to it.
I am a fantastic dancer and really get off on guys getting off on me but even I didnt make a lot of money and thats why I stopped. Eventually I burned out from all the hustling which frustrated me. A good night for me was coming home with £2-300 profit.
Now, when I go back, I will only work 2-3 nights a week to keep my sanity. I love the dancing part but I absolutely HATE the hustling part.
Thank Goddess for stripperweb's hustle hut, its given me loads of inspiration!![]()
