My stomach has always been my problem area, and I'm trying to firm it up. Now with lifting weights, I know you're not supposed to work the same muscle groups 2 days in a row-you're supposed to give them at least a day in between to rest and repair. But, I heard it's ok to do abdominal exercises every day. Is this true?
What is a good number of crunches to do each day? I just bought this ball to do crunches on, and so far it seems to be working out better than normal crunches. And yes, I know crunches alone won't tone your belly.I know you have to do cardio and eat a healthy diet, which I am also working on. Thanks in advance.
