I drank a glass of vitamin D milk last night, and got a distended belly and some gassiness. Mmmm, sexy. Tonight, same thing. We baked chocolate chip cookies so I wanted the milk (damn you Jenny, its all your fault!)
I don't know if I'm lactose intolerant. I usually drink soy milk if anything. I just like it. This only seems to happen if I have an entire glass of milk. I don't have any problems from yogurt, ice cream, cheese, etc....
But I also have been pigging out all weekend, so I'm not sure. What's the best way to test this? Just drink a glass of milk with nothing else on an empty stomach and see what happens? Its not painful, but it wasn't fun having to sneak into the bathroom all night to take care of business (I was staying at a friend's house) Suggestions?
