I feel like a freak. Does anyone else get this? If I go to the gym and try to work out I can have an anxiety attack. I think it's from concentrating on my breathing too much. If I get on the treadmill I always have one- but 2 winters ago I successfully used one for 10 min all winter. If I walk or jog outside I am fine. But in the gym I never break a sweat b/c of this. I am just trying to work it up slowly and see if I can start jogging this spring(outside).
I have even tried the tv and reading while working out. All I am doing now is light weights.![]()
